Directed by Police Officers Darryl Johnson and Cassandra Parks-Devaughn, Cobbs Creek PAL is a vibrant youth-development program provider in West Philadelphia. Cobbs Creek PAL is unique, in that it houses the PAL Cheerleading Program.  Run by Officer Cassandra Parks-Devaughn, the PAL Cheerleaders compete in competition, and take part in PAL city-wide sporting events.
