Bluford PAL Center
The Bluford PAL Center is a beacon of hope in West Philadelphia. Housed in a Charter School, Bluford PAL provides opportunities for hundreds of youth in the community it serves.
Directed by Police Officer George Yuille, Bluford PAL is part of the PAL Adopt-a-Center Program, and is adopted by The Lincoln Financial Foundation.
